![]() People may forgive or look pass what you say at times but they will never forget how you made them feel. Management at some point particularly at the Knightdale location needs to understand that you can not treat people any kind of way. Cons-Overall the company has great core values but they are not upheld by everyone in the company. It is now competitive to other educational programs in the RDU area. K teachers are paid a pretty decent hourly/salary wage. Pros- Upper management, Directors, EDS and NC Pre. Coordinators come in to do observations and always look for something wrong and don't use the observation tools for something positive. Not enough hours in day to complete daily tasks required of each position. I have heard Teachers taking work home and not being paid for their time. They don't want to pay overtime, and I have seen a lot of discrepancies in classroom staff punching out and still working in the classrooms. There is no work life balance for the employees. They put a lot of stress on their Directors/Ed Specialists to work way too many hours just because they are salary paid positions. ![]() We are just a number to them and have no compassion for what their employees are going through. Over the years that I have worked for Telamon, I have seen good, dedicated and hard working employees, who have been a part of Telamon for 20 plus years get terminated or forced to resign due to new management coming in and wanting to change the old for the new.
